Egypt's three great experiences in one private itinerary: the pharaonic sites of Cairo, a three-night Nile cruise downstream from Aswan to Luxor, and three all-inclusive nights on the Red Sea at Hurghada. You travel with your own Egyptologist guide and private vehicle throughout, staying in 5-star hotels and on a 5-star cruise boat, with every entrance fee and shore excursion already covered.

Day 01: Arrival in Cairo (No meals)
Your tour begins at Cairo International Airport, where our representative meets you and assists with immigration and customs formalities. Once your luggage is collected you are driven to your Cairo hotel in a private vehicle.

Day 02: Cairo - Pyramids of Giza and the Egyptian Museum (B)
After breakfast, a full day of sightseeing. The morning is spent at the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx - the most famous monuments of the ancient world, built around 4,500 years ago on a rocky desert plateau above the Nile. Lunch is at your own expense.
The afternoon is given to the Egyptian Museum: the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including his golden death mask, and room after room of artefacts spanning three thousand years. You are then driven back to your hotel.

Day 03: Cairo - Citadel of Saladin and Old Cairo (B)
Breakfast, then a full day tour. The morning covers the Citadel of Saladin, including the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, the Military Museum and the Muhammad Ali Jewellery Museum. Lunch is at your own expense.
In the afternoon you visit Old Cairo - the Hanging Church, the Ben Ezra Synagogue and the Mosque of Amr Ibn Al-As, the oldest mosque in Africa - before returning to your hotel.

Day 04: Cairo to Aswan - Nile Cruise Embarkation (B/L/D)
After breakfast you check out and transfer to the airport for the flight to Aswan, where our representative meets you and takes you to your cruise boat - your floating hotel for the next three nights.
After lunch on board you visit the High Dam, the world's largest rock-filled dam, then sail a short distance to the Temple of Philae, relocated to the island of Agilkia after the waters of Lake Nasser flooded its original site. Dinner is served on board.

Day 05: Nile Cruise - Kom Ombo and Edfu (B/L/D)
Breakfast on board as the boat sails to Kom Ombo and its double temple, dedicated to the gods Horus and Sobek. Back on board for lunch, the boat continues to Edfu and the Temple of Horus, the best-preserved temple in Egypt.
The boat then sails for Esna, where you can watch it work through the Esna locks, and carries on towards Luxor, arriving after dinner.

Day 06: Nile Cruise - Luxor (B/L/D)
An early breakfast, then the West Bank of Luxor: the tombs of the New Kingdom pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the terraced mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahri, and the Colossi of Memnon.
After lunch on board you cross to the East Bank for the temples of Karnak and Luxor. Your final dinner on the boat is served that evening.

Day 07: Luxor to Hurghada (B/L/D)
Breakfast on board, then disembarkation and a private transfer across the Eastern Desert to Hurghada on the Red Sea. Check in to your all-inclusive resort, with lunch and dinner at the hotel and the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight: Steigenberger Aqua Magic, Hurghada

Day 08: Hurghada (B/L/D)
A free day on the Red Sea. Swim, use the resort facilities, or join one of the optional excursions available locally - snorkelling and diving trips, a desert safari or a day boat to the offshore reefs. All meals are at the hotel.
Overnight: Steigenberger Aqua Magic, Hurghada

Day 09: Hurghada (B/L/D)
A second free day at the resort, with the same optional excursions available. All meals are at the hotel.

Day 10: Hurghada to Cairo (B)
Breakfast and check-out, then a transfer to Hurghada airport for the flight back to Cairo, where you are met and driven to your hotel.
Overnight: 5-star hotel, Cairo

Day 11: Final Departure (B)
Breakfast and check-out, then a private transfer to Cairo International Airport for your onward flight.

Tour Price
• Price shown is per person, twin share, on the 2-4 passenger basis, and applies year round except the Easter and Christmas periods.
• Larger groups are priced lower - 5-10, 11-15, 16-25 and 26 or more passengers can be selected above.
• The tour operates privately throughout, with a private Egyptologist guide and a private vehicle.
• Single occupancy is available at a supplement of US$630 per person.
• Children up to 6 years are charged US$300 per child; children aged 6 to 11 receive a 50% discount on the adult fare.
• The two domestic flights are not included and cost approximately US$200 per person - we can book these with your tour.
• Rates are based on the operator's current tariff and are reconfirmed at the time of booking.
• All prices displayed are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
• Prices are guaranteed once the booking is confirmed by us and paid in full by the due date.
• Final pricing depends on your group size and travel dates.

• The cruise programme may be varied by the cruise line or by navigational conditions, but the sites visited remain the same.
• The order of sightseeing may also be adjusted to suit opening hours, local conditions or flight times.
• Optional excursions in Hurghada are booked and paid for locally and are not part of the tour price.
• Peak-period surcharges apply over Easter and Christmas and are quoted at the time of booking.
• Amendments to a confirmed booking attract a fee for each change. No-shows are charged at 100% and unused services are not refunded.
• Rates are subject to reconfirmation and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking, so early booking is recommended.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
