Day 1: Arrival to Oporto
You'll arrive in Oporto and be greeted with an airport transfer, complete with assistance to ensure a smooth arrival. After settling in, enjoy a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant, followed by a restful night in Oporto. Breakfast will also be provided.

Day 2: Oporto – Viseu
Start your day in Porto with a morning visit to its historical landmarks, including S. Bento Station and the Cathedral, offering breathtaking views of the River Douro. Stroll through the medieval streets of Ribeira and enjoy a cruise under Porto’s six bridges. Visit iconic sites like the Church of S. Francisco, Palácio da Bolsa, and Casa da Música. Cross the D. Luís Bridge to Gaia for a Port wine tasting. In the afternoon, travel to Viseu, a city rich in Roman history and panoramic views, where you'll explore its cathedrals, parks, and local wine heritage. Finish with dinner on your own and an overnight stay in Viseu.

Day 3: Viseu - Plasencia
After breakfast, head to Plasencia with several exciting stops along the way. First, visit the Queijaria Vale da Estrela, a traditional cheese factory, for a tasting of authentic Serra da Estrela cheese. Next, explore the Museu do Pão, the world’s largest museum dedicated to Portuguese bread, offering a unique multi-sensory experience. Enjoy lunch in Ciudad Rodrigo before spending the afternoon at Los Confites Organic Farm, where you’ll learn about organic farming, sustainable practices, and enjoy the serene countryside. Arrive in Plasencia for an evening at your leisure with dinner on your own, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 4: Plasencia (Monfrague National Park)
Enjoy a visit to Monfragüe National Park, one of Europe’s last untouched ecosystems. Departing from Plasencia, explore the park’s diverse landscape of holm oaks, cork trees, and rocky mountains, home to one of the world’s largest colonies of black vultures. Hike to Monfragüe Castle or take the free bus, and enjoy birdwatching at Salto del Gitano. After a local meal at Las Habazas Restaurant, return to Plasencia for a guided tour in the late afternoon. Dinner will be on your own, followed by an overnight stay in Plasencia.

Day 5: Plasencia – Cáceres – Badajoz
After breakfast, depart for Cáceres for a guided visit to this historic city, known as the “town of 1001 escutcheons.” Wander through its narrow-cobbled streets lined with Renaissance palaces, churches, and mansions, capturing the beauty of its UNESCO World Heritage status. Enter through the Arco de la Estrella to the lively Plaza Mayor, and explore landmarks like the Bujaco Tower, Casa de las Veletas, and the Co-cathedral of Santa María. In the afternoon, visit the Dehesa Cultural de Arroyo de la Luz, an agrosilvo pastoral ecosystem showcasing diverse agriculture and livestock. After a day of exploration, arrive in Badajoz for dinner on your own and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Badajoz – Evora
On this day, after breakfast, depart for Portugal and visit Queijaria Cachopas, a renowned cheese factory in Évora committed to improving product quality through investments in animal welfare and advanced technology. Next, explore Évora, a UNESCO World Heritage city rich in history. Perched on a hill in the Alentejo plain, Évora features narrow streets of Moorish origin and impressive historical sites, including a grand cathedral and Roman ruins. The city reflects two millennia of history, with influences from the Romans, Visigoths, and Moors, showcased in its architecture and cultural vibrancy. Enjoy the blend of past and present in this dynamic city, with its lively atmosphere, excellent dining, and artistic scene, before spending the night in Évora.

Day 7: Evora – Lisbon
After breakfast, depart for Lisbon, Portugal’s vibrant capital situated along the Tagus River estuary. Known for its picturesque rolling hills and unique blend of Mediterranean and northern European influences, Lisbon captivates with its colorful buildings, tiled facades, and winding medieval streets. The city’s rich history dates back to the Phoenicians and includes Roman, Moorish, and Portuguese influences, making it a fascinating destination. Visitors can explore diverse neighborhoods, take historic trams, ride century-old lifts, or enjoy a boat ride on the Tagus River. Highlights include the UNESCO World Heritage site of Belém, known for its gardens and monuments, and the lively Chiado area with its 19th-century charm. At night, experience the soulful Fado music in traditional neighborhoods or enjoy the vibrant nightlife in the trendy Bairro Alto and Docas areas. Lunch is included, and dinner will be served at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 8: Lisbon – Back home
After breakfast, guests will depart for Lisbon Airport, marking the end of service.
