Ecuador

Pack Ya Bags offers a wide variety of tours across Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands — from luxury island cruises to overland journeys through the Andean highlands. The tours featured here are a small sample of what we can arrange. In particular, the luxury Galápagos cruises shown are just a taste: we have cruise options from 4 to 15 nights, across a range of vessels and levels of comfort and luxury, so there's an itinerary to suit every traveller and budget.

Few places on Earth rival the Galápagos — walk among giant tortoises, snorkel with sea lions and marine iguanas, and watch blue-footed boobies dance on islands that inspired Darwin, where the wildlife has no fear of people. Pair it with Quito's colonial old town, the Avenue of the Volcanoes or the Amazon's edge for a truly unforgettable Ecuadorian adventure. Contact us and we'll tailor the perfect itinerary for you.

Good to Know

Not all Galápagos cruises are the same, and choosing the right one matters. The Galápagos National Park licenses vessels and regulates which visitor sites and activities they may operate, so the ship and itinerary you choose will largely determine which islands you’ll experience. Naturalist (sightseeing) cruises focus on island landings: guided shore walks among the wildlife, scenic panga rides, snorkelling and visits to remote islands such as Genovesa, Española and Fernandina that are difficult or impossible to reach on day trips from the main inhabited islands. Dedicated dive liveaboards, by contrast, are designed around the world-class underwater sites of Darwin and Wolf and typically include few land visits. That’s why it pays to talk to us first: we’ll match you with the vessel, itinerary length and style of cruise that best suits what you most want to experience — whether that’s walking among the wildlife, exploring beneath the waves, or a balance of both.
