Day 1: Lima

Once a ceremonial and administrative center, Huaca Pucllana, an ancient adobe construction, stands majestic to this day, nestled in one of Lima’s most modern neighborhoods. Gaze upon the sacred monument, as you fine dine at an elegant restaurant located right beside it.

Day 2: Lima
Viceregal Lima, Café del Museo lunch & Larco Museum Visit
On this promenade across the Historical Center of Lima, you will visit an enchanting Franciscan monastery and a mesmerizing colonial manor that date back to the mid XVI century, to take a peek into the lifestyle of colonial times. Then, behold the solemn change of guard of the Presidential Palace, as you meander around the Cathedral of Lima and the Main Square. Finally, walk along Jirón de la Unión, one of Lima’s thoroughfare streets - to arrive at Plaza San Martín - a monument to the first onehundred years of independence.

Lunch will take place at the restaurant of the Larco Museum.
After lunch, you will come upon the impressive collection of the Larco Museum—that, since 1926— lives inside a viceregal hacienda that dates back to the XVIII century. The museum covers fivethousand years of Peruvian history: from the beginning of Andean civilization to Incan times. Understand the cosmovision and philosophy of ancient Peruvians through these invaluable art pieces.

Day 3: Lima
Deluxe Market Visit and Ceviche route
Explore the varieties of Peruvian ceviche on a tour across its compelling history and evolution. Ranging from the most traditional recipes to more experimental approaches. Whether prepared on the fly at a local market or a huarique, or plated and garnished at an award-winning restaurant, you'll realize that every ceviche has an allure of its own.

Start this culinary adventure by visiting a local market to learn about Peruvian products and the importance of their freshness for a great ceviche. Our first restaurant will be a creole food tavern where we'll taste its traditional ceviche served with octopus chicharron on the side. Then, at a local cevichería, you will try "modern" ceviche, served with avocado and capers. Finally, relish an Amazonian ceviche at a famous restaurant listed among The World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Day 4: Lima / Cusco / Sacred Valley
Our team will welcome you at the Cusco airport, and from there, you'll be transferred to the SacredValley of the Incas. You will start by visiting Pisac, a charming little town famous for its artisanal market. On a nearby hill sits an archaeological complex under the same name, one of the most impressive examples of Inca engineering. From its strategic location, this ancient settlement ruled over the entrance to the Sacred Valley.

Then, we will take you to a charming colonial hacienda and farm for your first gastronomic experiencein Cusco. You will meet Maria del Pilar and Yussef, third- generation producers of giant white corn. They will welcome you into their home and let you come close to farm life in the valley by their side. You will learn firsthand about giant white corn, a crop native to the Sacred Valley (the only one in the world with a certificate of origin!), its harvest, and life at the ranch. Your hosts will delight you with a 4-course meal prepared with corn and other local ingredients. After this experience, we will take you to your hotel to check in and rest.

Day 5: Sacred Valley

Day 1: From Km 104 to Aguas Calientes
We will take you from your hotel to the train station in Ollantaytambo, where you will board the train that will take you to Km 104. Here is the entrance control to the Inca Trail, where you must show your passport to verify it with the information on your ticket. After the control, we will begin a hike of about 3 hours ascending until reaching the archaeological site of Wiñay Wayna. Along the way, you can enjoy beautiful views of waterfalls, native flora, and mountain birds. After a delicious lunch, you will have time to rest and explore Wiñay Wayna, a well-preserved archaeological site with houses, terraces, towers, and water fountains. We will continue the hike to Inti Punku (Sun Gate), where you will have the first view of Machu Picchu. Finally, you will arrive at the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, considered one of the greatest modern archaeological discoveries, where you can enjoy a panoramic view. Then, you will take the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes to spend the night.

Day 6: Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu

Day 2: Visit to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu
After replenishing your energy with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you will take a bus to the Incacitadel of Machu Picchu. You will begin the guided tour, expertly navigating through the fascinating ruins and main streets. Explore the city's plazas and ascend intricate staircases of carved stone. Machu Picchu, revered as the spiritual center of the world according to esoteric wisdom, will captivate your senses during this two-hour guided tour. Then, you’ll take a bus back to Aguas Calientes. Later in the day, board the Vistadome train for the return journey to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival at the station, our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.

Day 7: Sacred Valley
2 days / 1 night at Starlodge Adventure Suites. Located an hour and a half from the city of Cusco, you will find Starlodge Adventure Suites, where you will experience the unique sensation of sleeping suspended from the mountain at 2900 meters above sea level. You will begin this adventure with a pickup from your hotel, where you will be taken to the base of the mountain in the Sacred Valley for your first activity: a zip line descent. After a short safety briefing, you will start this experience with a 45-minute hike to the top of the mountain. The descent will be made through a sequence of seven zip lines, ranging from 150 to 700 meters long, from where you can enjoy a privileged view of the Sacred Valley and the Urubamba River. Once back at the bottom of the valley, you will be transferred to the Starlodge hotel for checkin.

Day 8: Sacred Valley / Cusco
Moray and the Maras Salt Flats visit
In the company of your private tour guide, visit the mind-boggling circular terraces of Moray, built for agricultural experimentation. This brilliant work of Inca engineering was designed to create a series of microclimates in reduced spaces. Afterward, you will head to the Maras salt flats, where hundreds of saltwater ponds will eventually evaporate to sift only the crystallized salt: a phenomenon that has taken place for over 500 years. To this day, local families continue to extract and sell this salt. It’s a breathtaking experience!

Day 9: Cusco
Walking City Tour, Cathedral, San Blas and Sacsayhuaman visit
In the company of your private guide, you will visit San Pedro Market—the heart of Cusco’s gastronomy —to delve into the wonder of Andean delicacies by tasting tamales, chicharrones, native fruits, cheese, and bread, among other flavors. Then, you’ll stroll through the city’s highlights: the Main Square, the Qorikancha Temple, and the artistic neighborhood of San Blas to access the secrets only available to locals. After this walk, you will have free time to recharge your energies with a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, your guide will meet you again to end the day by visiting the megalithic Inca ceremonial fortress of Sacsayhuamán.
