This narrative is told by Pimpolhos of Grande Rio, which, in partnership with their “mother school”, the Grande Rio Samba School, open the doors to the ludic universe of Carnival to enchant the audience with the characters of this beautiful popular manifestation.

Lunch at confeitaria colombo.

After lunch we depart for our city tour Musuem of Tomorrow and Lapa.

A historical and cultural tour through the Port Area. The Port Area lived its rise and fall in a little bit more than one century. From a fishermen’s Village to the main port of the country, the area was also a doorway and residence of slaves, giving the region the name of “Little Africa”, so big the number of black people who live there was. After 2010, with the beginning of the works of the Porto Maravilha (“Wonder Port”) project (which revitalizes the urban area while it preserves the history of this region) several Historical places of the Port Zone were rediscovered. Adding to the historical importance, The Port Zone also features the panel “Etnias” (ethnicities) and the The Gale Rio Porto Maravilha (Wonder Port GaleRio), a sequence of panels that make up an artistic pathway on the Orla Conde. "Etnias" was painted by the graffiti artist Eduardo Kobra, which has an extension of 2600m2 and was recognized as the largest graffiti in the world by the Guinness World Records. The panel was inspired in the Olympic Arcs and represents the peace and unity among people by portraying five faces of natives from the continents that take part in the

Games. From Jardins do Valongo to Cais da Imperatriz, modern projects like the Rio Art Museum and the new Museum of Tomorrow, the project developed the touristic and economical potential of the region, building a legacy for future generations. In this context, we selected the main places of Rio’s Port Region, forming a big historical and cultural itinerary of this important region of the city.

Santa Teresa

Beloved carioca neighborhood, especially for its privileged location and old mansions, Santa Teresa is the right place to enjoy a delicious afternoon in Rio de Janeiro. The neighborhood still retains the same characteristics of the old times, with its bucolic air, rich cultural life and the famous rails of the cable car. Many intellectuals, academics, artists, military and politicians live there, attracted by the historical, cultural and quality of life of the neighborhood. To get an idea, Santa Teresa is known as the "Carioca Montmartre", due to the large number of studios there .

Dinner at Lasai with drinks included

DAY 4: Foz de Iguaçu
Breakfast and departure for early Paragliding tour.

Paragliding and hang gliding are two of the most practiced extreme sports in Brazil and in the world. Rio de Janeiro has an incomparable natural beauty, with spectacular mountains and beaches, so here hang gliding and paragliding become much more exciting activities than normal. We do the double flight on the São Conrado ramp, which many people know as "flying at Pedra da Gávea" because it is the most imposing mountain and closest to the ramp. The participant will take off, fly and land with the instructor, flying over the neighborhood and the mountains of São Con- rado and enjoying an incredible view of the beach, Pedra da Gávea, Corcovado, Pedra Bonita and others. The instruction flight experience is super smooth and easy. Basically, the instructor will do all the work, leaving the participant to enjoy the adrenaline and the feeling of freedom when flying. The only job the participant will have is to do a 15-meter run with the instructor at the time of takeoff.

After tour return to hotel to get ready and check out

Transfer to airport and Arrival at 2 PM and transfer to hotel, we spend half day touring the Iguassu Falls on the Brazilian side.

Taller than Niagara Falls, twice as wide with 275 cascades spread in a horseshoe shape over nearly two miles of the Iguassu River, Iguassu Falls are the result of a volcanic eruption which left yet another large crack in the earth.

These matter-of-fact details do nothing to describe the grandeur of the falls, the tremendous amount of water (an average of 553 cubic feet per second) thundering down 269 feet, the tropical location and the sheer beauty that led Eleanor Roosevelt to say, "Poor Niagara." Four times the width of Niagara Falls, Iguassu Falls are divided by various islands into separate waterfalls.

After the tour, we head back to the hotel. Dinner at hotel.

DAY 5: Foz de Iguaçu
After breakfast, you cross into Argentina and head to the tour begins at the Visitor Center where you board the train at the Central Station, some 400 metres away from the main gate. The train travels along Sendero Verde (Green Trail) finishing at Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat) Station, the starting point of your journey. You will walk via the cat- walks out and over the river, finally reaching Devil's Throat, the apex of the mighty Iguassu Falls.

It is a 70-metre-deep point where several branches of the Iguazu river converge, causing a violent but spectacular sight. Lunch at Gran Melia

You will return to the station and re board the train to the Visitor Centre, and then to the start of the Upper Trail Walk. The Upper Circuit is a half-hour walk along a 1200- metre trail, with a low degree of difficulty and no stairs, which takes you deep into the jungle and over the precipice of the many falls on the Argentinean side. At the end of the tour, travel back to the hotel.

Dinner at Casa do Chef, Chef experience ́s a private chef cooks with wine tasting.

DAY 6: Foz de Iguazu
Departure from hotel to Macuco Safari and the tour continues with a boat adventure with a lot of adrenaline through the rapids of the Iguaçu River culminating in a real waterfall bath in the Iguaçu Falls, the Macuco safari!

Transfer to the Macuco Trail in the Iguassu National Park to board electric mobile, the best form of transportation in this rain forest due to the unpaved but accessible the year around. On this trip, the participants will get to know several and different species of sub-tropical plants and trees, including orchids and the heart-of-palm, which grow in abundance here.

Luckly, animals and some of the beautiful birds of the region will appear during the trip. After a 3 kilometers jeep ride, the tour continues to 600 meters on foot to the picturesque Macuco Falls, hidden in the forested canyon. The trail brings us to the banks of the Iguassu River, to board a twin-engine inflatable boat with capacity of 12 to 20 passengers each, specially designed for the local river conditions.

Then cruise up into the Iguassu Canyon, shoot several rapids, and arrive to the very base of the majestic waterfalls. As the experienced pilot maneuvers amid the falls themselves, the passenger will have a completely different view and experience a thrill never forgotten. Visit the bird park. Helicopter overflying the falls.

Foz do Iguaçu is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Brazil, an amazing display of the Amazonian greenery with its large bodies of water and bursting with biodiversity like few on the planet. So, the view from a helicopter ride from the city to the falls will offer an unforgettable image. Iguaçu National Park, with its outstanding waterfalls, consti- tutes one of the largest forest reserves in Brazil. You will live an incredible experience and walk away with exceptional photographs.

10-minute scenic helicopter flight over the park and the falls. Private overflight Capacity: 4-seater helicopter

The overflight is done with a minimum of 3 people. If passengers want a private flight, they must pay for 4 seats, which is the capacity of the helicopter. Otherwise, they will have to wait for a third person to join the flight because the helicopter only takes off with a minimum of 3 paying people. Dinner at hotel.
